Not sure what they were doing behind the counter but there was no one taking customers orders. The barrista literally had to come over from the coffee station to take my order because the other employees were to busy trying to figure out food delivery orders. Well they made my coffee with whole milk and not oat even though they charged me for oat. Had violent diarrhea all day and ruined my partner and my date night. Absolutely unacceptable. You took my order personally and couldn't get it right. You literally confirmed it to be oat milk when asked as I picked it up. Some people have allergies to dairy and it would behoove you to get their orders right and not make them violently ill.

Pasamos unos dias en Vancouver y nuestro hotel estaba a 7’ andando. Vinimos a desayunar todos los días, especialmente atraídos por los dulces, de los mejores que he tomado en tiempo. El “Pain au chocolat” con un delicioso hojaldre y sabor a mantequilla; el “scone de fresa y chocolate”, sobre todo cuando lo pillas recien hecho, es un deleite, con el chocolate medio derretido y la fresa rezumando del interior esponjoso. La chocolate chip cookie muy buena. En el local recomiendan la “Earl gray muffin”. El cafe es muy bueno, con origenes no tan comunes, como Papua Nueva Guinea. Lastima que no tengan a la venta la taza en la que te sirven el batch brew.

Excellent café. Choix et saveurs très intéressant.
