You guys should check the quality of your food before serve. Last Sunday the sharma plate I bought rice was rotten & pickles are old. Before your sharma plate price was 12$ & it maintained good quality...now you increased the price to 18$ the taste, food quality get poor.
Frequent visitor at this location. Tasty food, courteous staff. I see some bad reviews. I have seen customers asking for more food than they should get. The staff is courteous enough to give them extra. I mean, if you can not afford, don't eat out. Then they put bad reviews which this restaurant does not deserve at all. Villa Madina at STC is the best.
This place and the food was horrible . The sauce was so bad and the flavour of the food was horrible . The rice and salad didn’t taste good at all . The rice tasted rotten and salad tasted bad like it outside for a long time . The old owners were so much better than this . The new owners don’t do the food properly. Shut this place down . And ask health and food safety people to come check the food . This place doesn’t derserve a rating .
very bad customer service, my wife ordered one beef only and one beef/chicken mix plate. Girl working she made two plate beef/chicken. when my wife said i did not want two beef/chicken only one beef/chicken and one beef only. she started to give very rude attitude and said i am not making other plate for you. and also the guy working there joined her and said yes we are not making other plate for you. That is amazing customer service. Go learn how to talk to customer and get this people training.
Literally got two turnips in my sharwarma poutine which is so embarrassing. After I ate the turnips they tasted like they were days old so I was lowkey glad I only got two because it made me feel sick afterwards. The food quality seems to be going down every time I try food here. Only come back here again and again cause it’s one of the few halal food places in STC but after today I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
