better than it was before. it got some improvements, like restrooms. NOLA is worldwide known, that’s why airport should be one of the first to be fixed. WHO DAT,, big easy…. i will love flying here again and again. KEEP IT UP…..

Short walk from security to the gates for boarding.
Beautiful and clean bathrooms. Cute gift shops and yummy restaurants to get a snack before your flight have a drink or just take something to go. ✌️

Airports can be a tricky review. One trip every thing can be awesome and another trip it can be a nightmare with some rating in between the two.

MSY has been pretty consistent in being a very good experience. Everyone that I have encountered has been kind and courteous including the businesses on sight.

Having a band play in the lobby is a nice touch! Bathrooms are kept clean. All areas appear to be clean and organized.
