Truly the definition of Five star. The service is completely “next level” in every way - whether it was the seamless check in in the actual room or the incredible attention to detail the bartenders give to each drink. The resort is one of a kind.
The only “drawback” is that it’s a bit further away from the main drag vs other resorts but I personally liked that! It was never too crowded from other tourists coming to visit the hotel or to spend the day (where this happens at others I saw). The rooms are amazing and the staff makes “luxury” real.
