im sure this will be my last time to visit aster but it is my first vist and I had a terrible experience at. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for an unreasonably long time. It's unacceptable to make patients wait so long when they've scheduled their visit in advance. This complete disregard for their patients' time is truly disappointing , need improvement to manage patients waiting area , follow up with patients , reception guy ( Jouharmon
) not fully educated in proper patient care. his behavior and lack of professionalism left me deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience . if you would like to waste your time and life , you welcome to visit them . i understand now why NMC is way way better.
