The most traumatizing experience!
I have been to this salon for 3 times, 2 of the 3 I did only lashes with house of lashes, which was amazing and I thought that beauty box will have the same standards but ! The third time I did with beauty box.
First of all the place is so noisy, there is a person who is always talking so loud.
The owner decided to assemble a machine while me and other customers were there, and a big piece of the machine fell on my shoulder and hurt me, the staff apologized and rushed to help me but the owner didn’t even apologize which was so rude.
I have no complains about the technician who did my nails she did her job very well, but it’s not worth it to go through all this.
