We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our 15 yr old daughter while she was home sick. We left her a 50 dollar bill to pay $19 for a small gluten free pizza with 2 toppings. The driver would not give her the change from the $50. He kept telling her he didn't have change and left with the $50. No one contacted me even though my phone number and name was on the receipt. 6 hours later, we got home and had to contact the store to get the change. The manager was decent about the whole thing but the owner would not even listen to a thing we had to say. One of the employees asked us why we didn't call sooner and how was the driver to know she wanted change and it wasn't a tip?
