You would think that you’re getting a premium service for a premium price but you’re not. Walked in to get a basic check up, asked me to go to the emergency area, they got my details, did the basic check with the nurse asked me to wait, and after 30 mins. of waiting. no doctor is available to check on you. No update from the staff who is sitting next to you in the reception. There’s not even any other patient waiting ahead of me in the reception area. Nothing!

Smaller clinics have better response SLAs!!!

Reliable service. Really good doctors, some of the best actually, and very friendly staff. Even the tech used is top notch. Just work on waiting time to see doctors. Or seek a creative solution for patients seeking to simply refill their prescription.

I came for physiotherapy section for my son and meet physiotherapist Mr.Vinay kumar he is supportive and so friendly with us and our son for entire session.
I really liked ambience and cleanliness in physiotherapy department very disciplinary and calm environment.
We met Miss. Amina patients experience staff she is so humble approachable kind and very good in her work. We really appreciate her help during our visit. Im really recommending this physiotherapist Vinay Kumar strongly the kids going through with right side weakness (Hemiplegia). Best Physiotherapy department and best physiotherapist in Aster hospital al Qusais UAE. 🤸🦶

Je voulais remercier le personnel qui travaille à NMC Royal hospital pour son accueil chaleureux et surtout merci à Mbaye Diène pour toutes les actions qu'il a eu envers moi il m'a recommandé et conseillé cet hôpital lors de mon séjour à Dubaï. Je ne me sentais pas très bien dès mon arrivée dû sûrement au voyage et le changement de climat. Mais j'ai pas regretté du tout. Je conseil ce lieu vous ne le regretterez pas. Je suis revenue à Paris présentement mais je voulais vraiment apporter mon témoignage.

Le docteur saumya en gynécologie a été là meilleure, elle m’a expliqué comment elle comptait procéder pour mon opération et s’est assuré que je comprenne bien la situation , elle a été transparente du début à la fin.Elle est gentille et attentionné avec ses patients et je lui remercie car je n’ai presque pas de cicatrice . J'avais des constellations pendant ma grossesse au NMC Royal Hospital - DIP.

Je suis vraiment reconnaissante pour l'excellent service qui m'a été fourni à l'hôpital.

Une chaleureuse gratitude et des remerciements particuliers vont au Dr. Amani Hussein du département de gynécologie et à son personnel pour avoir pris soin de moi tout au long de mes visites et pour l'amour et les soins qu'ils m'ont prodigués. Lors de mon accouchement, tout le personnel du service de maternité et de travail, le personnel des opérations, était exceptionnel. J'ai l'impression d'être si chanceuse d'être entouré de gens aussi gentils. Le Dr Amani était le meilleur médecin que j'ai vu jusqu'à présent. Son soutien, sa gentillesse. L'amour et les conseils ainsi que les soins étaient excellents. Je suis à court de mots pour expliquer à quel point le service était attentionné.

Même après l'accouchement, tout s'est parfaitement bien passé et je voudrais exprimer ma gratitude à tous les médecins, infirmières et personnel qui étaient là tout au long, en particulier Mme Imane Laridi. Dr. Amani est fortement recommandé à toutes les mamans enceintes. J'ai déjà fait ça à beaucoup de mes amis aussi 😀

Même après l'accouchement de mon petit garçon, Dr. Brankica du service des départements de néonatologie est exceptionnel. Nous avons été très bien conseillés et très bien accueillis. Elle nous a donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et même elle était disponible pour nous chaque fois que nous avions besoin de conseils jusqu'à présent. Nous lui sommes également très reconnaissants et recommandons vivement un médecin pour votre nouveau-né.

Globalement, un service parfait et excellent au NMC Royal Hospital pour vos besoins. Meilleure expérience hospitalière à Dubaï.

j'ai vécue une expérience très particulière durant mon séjour l'accueil était très chaleureuse les rendez-vous avec les docteurs étaient toujours respecté les docteur qui m'ont examiner étaient tous très professionnels, gentil et très comprehesif tout sa été agréable grâce un à membres du staff Imane Laridi qui m'as accompagné durant tout mon. traitement puisque je ne parle pas bien anglais je parle français elle m'as aider à communiquer avec les docteurs et les autres membres du personnel et à pris soin de moi parfaitement et aussi au département de la physiothérapie il ont bien pris soin de moi j'ai fait quelques séances et j'ai été satisfaite
