Clinique sans rendez-vous Santé Plus

Samara zanya Aleen (receptionists) have terrible customer service. I called ahead and asked how long the wait would be. They told me 10 minutes. I drove all the way to the doctors office. Then they told me the doctor is away on break for another 45 minutes. It was only 10 minutes ago I had called…..Obviously a clear disconnect in the communication at this office and doctors clinic. I believe Samara was the one on this phone call or giving this misinformation although none would admit to it. All they said was sorry. Definitely do not recommend this doctors office. All three receptionists staring at their phones laughing when I first walked in. Great use of tax payers money.

Met Dr Anam today for my physical exam. She was very understanding, professional and patient so the 5 stars are definitely for her :) but the front desk service is super slow so improve that a bit.
