Some one who sitting in front receiption not supporting our queries they are simply sending me to an empty sales office and I waste my time as well no body here to assist if some of really seeing this review contact me my card have balance of amount AED 52 but I can’t scan card in metro machine they are saying taking nee card only option I asked to them to transfer money to new card and which is also not possible help me out of this

Metro service is good. But I usually came here to wait for the DAFZA Shuttle which will transport me to my workplace. Waiting for the shuttle bus took me 30-45 minutes!
