Great Mall, where you can shop for everything you want, you can easily spend the whole afternoon there if you didn't come on a mission, for the prices I can't tell you if it's lower or higher compared to the others, because I was there as a tourist, still I found some items with a good discount, so maybe you have to be updated somehow to get super deals.
