I recently visited Mayze Escape Rooms for a party and it was an exceptional experience. Arriving right at their opening time on a Friday evening, the location was wonderfully quiet, setting a great tone for our adventure. The staff, three members on duty, were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience.

The escape room itself was a marvel of design, incorporating a lot of electronics and advanced technology. It was clear that a lot of thought and creativity went into its creation. The interactive elements allowed us to immerse ourselves fully, engaging with the environment in exciting and unexpected ways.

Although the waiting area is not very large, making it not ideal for lingering before or after the game, this minor detail was overshadowed by the quality of the escape room and the staff’s hospitality. As someone who has visited Mayze multiple times, I can confidently say that each visit has been a delightful experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for an engaging and fun escape room experience!

The staff member assigned to us seemed unfamiliar with the different menus you are required to navigate before starting a game. She was also unfamiliar with the games themselves admitting to only knowing one out of the many games they had to offer. A good portion of our hour was spent trying to figure out how to navigate the menus, and why equipment was not working properly, instead of enjoying the actual games themselves.

The staff member however was generally friendly, and did her best to help. If she was trained properly, I'm I would have had a better experience.

This location is just ok. As a group who has done many escape rooms this location isn't our favorite but it's not the worst either!

We have done almost all the rooms at Mayze including the new one ME and their now closed highschool one (which was the best one). I've found a lot of the rooms feel unfinished and lacking immersion. The tech is lower grade and difficult to work with. There is a lot of lining things up perfectly to trigger a sensor which can get frustrating fast not knowing if you're doing the puzzle wrong or if you just have to move something 1" to the left.
For ME being a new room it had a lot of used and damaged props. An example was finding a book covered in dry glue and our team not knowing if we accidentally ripped something off that should have been glued down or was it just a reused prop from another room.

All 4 times we have been here the staff seem as lacking as the immersion. We have been to lower budget escape rooms before and the staff being involved always make it better. I don't like having to call for a hint or clarification and the team member having no idea where we are or what we have done. We have a faulty pad lock in our last room and we spent so long working on it when we called for a hint to then have to explain everything we did and tried just to deem it wasn't working really took away from the game for us.

Overall, it's just ok. There are better escape rooms around but if you're an enthusiast and want to do a lot of rooms I wouldn't skip going here. Just have lower expectations.

We went as a group of 6 and did Heroes Reborn. Not worth it at all. The description and the intro video given before the going into the room did not match the theme. Rooms were small and cramped. Puzzles did not make sense and did not work most of the time. We could not hear the clues when asked because of the music, but when we did, we told them we already did that and it didnt do anything. And the props were in the way of entering rooms when doors opened. I've been to better escape rooms and there are better escapes rooms than this place.
