I am very satisfied with Dr Udayeshan services and I found him one of the best pediatric! In UAE. He very caring n to the point am consulting him from past 5 yrs for both my kids.

im sure this will be my last time to visit aster but it is my first vist and I had a terrible experience at. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for an unreasonably long time. It's unacceptable to make patients wait so long when they've scheduled their visit in advance. This complete disregard for their patients' time is truly disappointing , need improvement to manage patients waiting area , follow up with patients , reception guy ( Jouharmon
) not fully educated in proper patient care. his behavior and lack of professionalism left me deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience . if you would like to waste your time and life , you welcome to visit them . i understand now why NMC is way way better.

The staffs are well dedicated & professionals. Really satisfied and happy with their customer service. A special shoot out to miss Monisha from front desk for her polite & empathatic care towards patients must be really appreciated.
