I am very satisfied with Dr Udayeshan services and I found him one of the best pediatric! In UAE. He very caring n to the point am consulting him from past 5 yrs for both my kids.

im sure this will be my last time to visit aster but it is my first vist and I had a terrible experience at. Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for an unreasonably long time. It's unacceptable to make patients wait so long when they've scheduled their visit in advance. This complete disregard for their patients' time is truly disappointing , need improvement to manage patients waiting area , follow up with patients , reception guy ( Jouharmon
) not fully educated in proper patient care. his behavior and lack of professionalism left me deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience . if you would like to waste your time and life , you welcome to visit them . i understand now why NMC is way way better.

What truly stood out for me was the efficiency of the entire transaction. As a patient, time is precious, and Amber Clinic certainly understands this. From scheduling the appointment to checking in and settling the payment, everything was streamlined and hassle-free.

The staffs are well dedicated & professionals. Really satisfied and happy with their customer service. A special shoot out to miss Monisha from front desk for her polite & empathatic care towards patients must be really appreciated. Highly recommended to other who all are seeking for medical attention.

To much bad service if you take appointment its not matter always wait 1,to 2 hours. Reception don't know meaning of appointment.
If the doctor is spending almost an hour with a patient then don’t give the appointment with 20 minutes gap. Time is precious for us.

Well, people out here are absolutely polite and caring, and they have great doctors who do give time for the patients who visit this place. Thank you for all that good service Aster has been doing, especially this clinic out here.

We are dissatisfied with Dr.Dally Maria. She treats patients like they have done something wrong. You'll feel guilty when sitting in front of her. Very rude and unfriendly. Overall, clinic staff is satisfactory.

Very bad experience. They not answer call. Receptionist is very rude. I visit before they close but they said we are not accepting patients any more. Before i visit also staff very rude. If management read my comments. Kindly teach your staff about positive adequate.
