雞蛋買回來發現整盒都是臭酸味，裡面還有一半是破的，打電話去跟商家反應，態度傲慢又囂張的說賣20幾年雞蛋從來沒壞過，一口咬定是顧客自己打破的，請你們調監視器就可以看到結帳時蛋盒已經是濕的，本來以為只是擺在架上的水氣潮濕，結果回家打開才發現完全是壞掉的商品。消費時間8:33後到家8:50，你告訴我自己打破的雞蛋，會在15分鐘全部黏在紙盒上？對自己錯誤不負責的商家給你一顆星的嫌太多！希望大家購物時注意商品品質，我個人建議不要再去元明消費免得受氣。
Bought eggs and discovered that the entire box had a foul and sour odor, with half of them being broken inside. Called the merchant to voice my concern, and their attitude was arrogant and defiant. They claimed they've been selling eggs for over 20 years without any issues, insisting that the customer must have broken them. I urge you to review the surveillance footage which would show that the egg carton was already wet at the checkout. Initially, I thought it was just the humidity from being on the shelf, but when I opened it at home, I realized the products were completely spoiled. The time of purchase was 8:33, and I got home by 8:50. Are you telling me that all the broken eggs somehow got stuck to the cardboard within 15 minutes? It's ridiculous that this business refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. Giving them even one star feels too generous! I hope everyone pays attention to product quality while shopping. Personally, I strongly recommend against shopping at Yuan Ming to avoid frustration.

我2023年8月26号下午1点左右在远明购物，当时交完现金没有检查到家后发现散装黄豆0.99/lb实为烤花生4.99/lb. 重量为2.3 lb. 两者相差9.2加元。我住哈密尔顿来回距离有120多公里，（因为我们山下华人超市没有散装豆买）我和我先生决定赶去远明超市，通过录像回看在13:19: 58秒确认没有散装花生只有花装黄豆。她们说对不对得起退还给我9.2加元，我与前台接待员论理这样的处理不够负责，如果消费者相信商店没有检查，那每天不知会出多少差错。她不但不补给我们来回路费还口口声声说：“我们每天收这么多人的费那有不出差错，您去投诉没关系。”太可怕了在服务销售行业还有这种态度的工作人员，来处理多收钱的问题。真是太奇葩。我还想提醒大家一下点，我在这店买的1.99/1b 的紫薯当晚我蒸了一半5个，没有一个可以吃我全呕肥了，估计时间太长模上去很干有点点软但不像坏的样子，所以我又损失3.98加元。我的目的就是提醒大家消费者。谢谢。
